Do you want to know about how + eco we are?
Dedicated to protecting and caring for the environment
We have raised environmental awareness for years
Pérez Linares, is aware of the preservation and care of the environment, through energy use and the use of alternatives to minimize the environmental impact of plastic raw material.
The awareness we have been working on for years has led us to manufacture products with an eco-design that is easily recognized by our customers.
Committed to the environment
ECODESIGN
We work with 100% recyclable materials, using single-layer and single-material composite packaging.
ECOLIGHT
Our ECO range leads to a reduction in CO2 emissions, and a reduction in the energy process.
This range of ECOLIGHT packaging is created and manufactured thanks to the sustainable innovation carried out by Pérez Linares to minimize the environmental impact.
Since 1974
For 50 years, Pérez Linares has been working hand in hand with customers to carry out tailor-made projects from the initial phase to the manufacturing of the packaging. Each and every one of them are characterized by:
- Environmental sustainability
- Plastic reduction
- Circular economy
What is eco-design?
Eco-design is developing products with minimal environmental impact throughout their life cycle. For this reason, at Pérez Linares, we manufacture plastic containers and technical parts always seeking to reduce the ecological footprint, from the selection of materials to the manufacturing, use and final disposal processes.
Benefits of Ecodesign
Cost reduction
The implementation of recycled, recyclable and reusable packaging can lead to significant cost reductions. By using PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) materials, it is possible to reduce dependence on virgin raw materials, the price of which can be volatile. In addition, the use of reusable packaging avoids the application of taxes, resulting in significant savings in production.
Access to New Markets
Demand for sustainable products is on the rise. Companies that adopt eco-design not only align themselves with the preferences of a growing segment of environmentally-conscious consumers, but also stay ahead of future regulation, gaining a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Innovation in Design
Eco-design drives innovation. Faced with the constraints imposed by sustainability, designers and manufacturers are discovering new ways to create packaging that is functional, aesthetically pleasing and sustainable. This includes the development of designs that facilitate reuse and recycling, as well as the exploration of new materials and technologies.
Carbon footprint reduction plan
The use of recycled materials and the optimization of the manufacturing process have a direct impact on reducing the carbon footprint of packaging. By reducing the use of natural resources and energy in production, we contribute significantly to the fight against climate change.
Designing packaging with recycling in mind increases the likelihood that it will be properly recycled at the end of its useful life. This not only reduces the amount of waste that ends up in landfills, but also allows the reintroduction of materials into the supply chain, closing the product life cycle and promoting a circular economy.
